These are the current terms of booking with the studio.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit holds your appointment and comes off the final price. It is forfeited if you cancel late, no-show, or reschedule more than once.
Cancellation window: 48 hours
No-show: Missing an appointment forfeits the deposit. Booking again requires a new deposit.
Late arrival: More than 15 minutes late may shorten the session. More than 30 minutes late without contact is treated as a no-show.
Rescheduling: One reschedule is free with at least 48 hours notice and keeps your deposit. Anything after that requires a new deposit.
